Judges look for credible, relevant, and well-documented evidence, such as data, examples, testimonials, or outcomes that substantiate the achievements described. Higher-scoring entries provide specific, verifiable proof rather than general statements, allowing judges to clearly understand the basis for the results.

3. Overall Goals
This criterion measures how well the entry achieved its stated aims and intended impact. Judges consider whether the objectives were meaningful and ambitious, and the extent to which the entry delivered against them.
